How to connect Safe Wallet to QuickSwap

This guide will explain how to connect your Safe Wallet to QuickSwap.

You can use QuickSwap to swap your IMX tokens for other tokens, or to add liquidity to a pool.

💡Who is this guide for?

Developers who want to use Safe Wallet as their treasury wallet and have it fund liquidity pools on QuickSwap.

1. Visit QuickSwap

• Go to QuickSwap's website.

2. Connect Wallet

• Click the "Connect Wallet" button in the top right corner.
• If you don't see "Safe" in the initial list, click on "Show More" or "All Wallets" to expand the list.

3. Connecting via QR Code or Link

• If "Safe" is displayed, you will see a QR code and a copy link button.
• Option A - Using the QR Code:
  • Open your Safe wallet at https://safe.immutable.com.
  • Look for a "WalletConnect" or "Scan QR" option in your Safe interface.
  • Scan the QR code shown in QuickSwap.
• Option B - Using the Link:
  • Click the "Copy Link" button in QuickSwap.
  • In your Safe wallet, find the option to input/paste a WalletConnect link.
  • Paste the copied link.

4. Approval

After connecting, your Safe wallet will prompt you to approve the connection to QuickSwap. Ensure you are logged into your Safe wallet and have access to your owner wallet (like MetaMask) to sign any connection requests.

Important Notes

• Ensure you have enough IMX tokens in your Safe wallet for gas fees.
• All transactions will require approval through your Safe's multi-signature process if you have multiple owners configured.
• Double-check all transaction details before signing, especially when adding or removing liquidity. If you encounter any issues, verify that your Safe wallet is properly set up on the Immutable zkEVM network and that you are using the correct Safe wallet address.
